We’re so excited to offer this workshop , featuring the technique of acrylic paint pouring. It is so easy - the possibilities are endless - and it’s a whole lot of fun! We will be exploring the basics of the “Dirty Pour” technique, using Fusion Mineral Paint and Fusion’s Pouring Resin.

Have a piece of furniture you want to paint but are nervous?! No problem! You can bring Your Own small piece of furniture to the workshop and you will be doing hand on learning on how to properly prep, paint and what topcoat to use for the extra protection.

The wonderful part of this furniture painting workshop is that you will leave with a small piece of furniture completely transformed by YOU, in a Fusion Mineral Paint colour of your choice! We supply all materials for you. All you need to bring is yourself, dressed to paint, and your prepped piece of furniture!

TIME: 12-3:30pm. Feel free to bring some drinks and snacks or you will be able to take a brake to go garb some food while paint is drying.

INCLUDES: a Pint of Paint in a colour of your choice + Paint Kit with 1” brush, 1 microfibre rollers, sanding pad and a tray.

PREP: Please clean and wash your piece with Fusions TSP Alternative (or regular TSP and then rinse the TSP off) , remove the hardware and degloss your piece at home by sanding your piece at home with 220 grit Sandpaper to remove the sheen.

Come learn how amazingly different, easy and versatile Fusion Mineral Paint really is.

***To ensure that you can finish during the workshop, furniture is restricted to smaller items that you can carry in and out by your self and that fit in the front seat in a car. A small table or nightstand is perfect. You could also bring a lamp, shelf, etc. If you have a large dresser at home that you want to do, you can bring in 2-3 drawers. If you are unsure of your piece is appropriate, feel free to message us a picture and measurements. The piece should be around 22” wide, 22” high, 22” deep.

We are super excited to be helping Rutland Elementary with their fundraiser event.

At this fundraiser you will be able to create a 12”x12” Sign or purchase a DIY Kit to gift or create project at home with family and friends.

This will be so much FUN:)

We are offering 2 ways you can support Rutland Elementary School.

1. Join the event on February 23, 6pm event at the school and create your sign there

2. Purchase a DIY Kit to do a project at home with easy to follow instructions and video tutorial & Pick it up at our store any time after placing an order or from the school on February 23, 7pm.

Who can participate?

• This is Adults event for the parents, grandparents & friends of the Rutland Elementary students, but if you need to, you could come with your child, but each attender will be required to purchase and do their own project.

How to Register:

   • Remember the first few words of the design you choose before selecting ADD TO CART.

2. Choose Paint Colours from the Paint Card below

   • 1 Paint colour for the Background

   • 1 Paint colours for the design

     • Remember the names of the 2 paint colours you choose before selecting ADD TO CART.

3. Choose if you would like it as a DIY kit of if you would like to join the event.

When is the last day i can register?

• The registration EXTENDED till February 22 at midnight. Please register ASAP to make sure we reach the minimum amount of purchases to make this event happen.

These DIY Kits make amazing Gifts too! Consider purchasing extra kits to gift to your kids, family and friends. They will be packed up beautifully ready to gift:)

*** The Workshop is non refundable. If you are not able to attend the event, your project will be packed up as a DIY Kit and you will be able to complete the project at home. The kit will include everything you need to complete the project and instructions.

If we don’t reach the minimum or 20 purchases, the event will be cancelled and your purchase will be packed up as a DIY kit and available for pick up at our store downtown Kelowna .
