Custom Design FAQ
1. What does the price include?
The price covers the custom design service only. It does not include physical products (vinyl, stencils, signs, or workshops).
2. How many revisions are included?
Your order includes first draft and up to 2 revisions (small adjustments such as font size, spacing, or layout). Additional revisions are subject to a small fee of $5 each
3. What if I don’t like the design?
I’ll work with you through the included revisions to refine your design. If you’d like a completely new concept or a different font/style after the original draft, that will be treated as a new design order.
4. Can I request the design in multiple fonts?
One font choice is included in the design service. If you’d like to see the design created in multiple fonts, an extra charge applies since this requires creating multiple new versions.
5. How do I choose the right font?
To help you feel confident before ordering, you can look up fonts online and test out your text to get a preview. This helps ensure you’ll love the final design.
